What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated: April 19, 2026
What the application form collects
- Parent name, email, optional phone.
- Kid's first name and age.
- A short free-text answer about what your kid wants to make, plus any optional context you choose to share.
- How you heard about us (optional).
We don't collect a kid's last name, school, address, or photo on the application form. We don't create kid-facing accounts.
Payment data
Card details go directly to Stripe through their hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number. We see and store the Stripe payment-intent id, the transaction amount, and the application metadata we sent to Stripe.
Scheduling data
If you book an intake call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and chosen time. We see the same details plus any notes you add.
How we use it
- Review your application and decide on a seat.
- Contact you about cohort logistics, billing, and program updates.
- Maintain basic tax and accounting records.
We don't sell or rent any of this data. We don't run ad pixels or tracking cookies on this site beyond what's required by Stripe and Cal.com for their own embeds.
Data about kids during the program
Inside the program, kids use mentor-supervised AI tools on enterprise accounts configured to exclude kid inputs from model training. Session recordings are stored privately and shared only within the cohort. Shipped projects live on subdomains we control and can be deleted any time on request. The full data-and-safety document goes out in the enrollment packet to accepted families.
Retention and deletion
Applications we reject are deleted within 90 days. Enrolled-family records are kept for as long as a kid is active with us plus seven years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you (subject to the tax retention above) by emailing us.
Your rights
Email us to see, correct, or delete anything we have. We'll reply within 14 days.
