Refunds

A short, readable refund policy.

If Tell and Show doesn’t work for your family, write us. The fourteen-day refund promise is on the pricing page; the operational detail is below.

In short

Within fourteen days of purchase, write us at hello@tellandshow.ai from the parent email used at checkout for a full software refund — no conditions, whether or not your kid has published yet. AI add-on billing mistakes get corrected the same way. Cohort refund terms appear at enrollment.

Software purchases.

If Tell and Show does not work for your family, email us from the parent email used at checkout. Include what you bought, what you tried, and what blocked you.

We handle early-student refunds directly. If the product failed to unlock, would not run, or your kid could not reasonably get started, we will make it right.

AI add-ons.

If your account has a paid AI add-on or metered AI access, email us from the parent account and we will stop future billing or correct billing mistakes.

Mentored cohorts or group work.

If a cohort uses a seat request or hold process, the checkout page or enrollment email will state the hold and refund terms for that cohort. If we cancel a cohort, we refund payments for that cohort.

If a family withdraws after a mentor seat is confirmed, we may keep a seat-hold or prorate based on the schedule already reserved. We will explain that before enrollment is finalized.

Published projects.

A refund does not automatically delete a project. A parent can ask us to remove a live Tell and Show URL or delete account/project data, subject to legal and tax retention needs.

How to request.

Email hello@tellandshow.ai with the parent email used at checkout. We normally reply within a few business days.
