You buy software access (and optionally a cohort seat). The parent owns the household account; the kid owns what they make. AI can be wrong, so review what gets kept and published. Don’t upload secrets, harass other people, or publish content that violates rights. If something breaks, our maximum liability is what you paid us. Refunds at /refund.
Who we are.
Tell and Show is a creative software studio and optional mentor-led program where kids make and publish projects. “We” and “us” mean Tell and Show and its operator.
What you are buying.
Software access may include the hosted web studio, local project path, desktop path when available, track builders, examples, and public Tell and Show hosting for approved projects. Parent accounts own the household. Kid profiles are lightweight and do not require child email accounts.
Mentored cohorts, camps, or group programs may have additional schedule, seat, payment, and refund terms shown at checkout or enrollment.
Accounts and household responsibility.
The parent or guardian is responsible for the household account, kid profiles, project content, publishing approvals, and compliance with these terms.
Projects and ownership.
Your kid owns what they make. We host approved published projects at subdomains we control, such as project-name.tellandshow.ai. Parent approval is required before a hosted project is published. We may remove projects that are unsafe, abusive, infringing, or otherwise not appropriate for Tell and Show hosting.
AI help.
Tell and Show includes visible AI assistance. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable, so parents and kids remain responsible for reviewing what gets kept and published. Hosted builders use managed Tell and Show AI APIs; local or desktop users may have additional provider options where supported.
Expected behavior.
- Do not upload secrets, private credentials, harmful code, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Do not use Tell and Show to harass, threaten, impersonate, or publish private information about others.
- For mentored groups, be respectful to mentors and other kids. Deliberate disruption may end participation without refund.
Refunds.
See the refund policy. If something is unclear, email us before buying or enrolling.
Limits of liability.
We try to run a careful product, but software and the internet can fail. The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes badly wrong with a paid product or cohort, our maximum liability is the amount you paid for that product or cohort.
