What’s in the box

Everything they need to finish.

Tell and Show is structured so the answer to “what does this actually cost to use?” is the price on the page — not the price after the upsell.

The studio, for life

The complete builder, engine, and AI partner workflow for every medium you bought. Bug fixes and feature improvements within v1 are included.

AI partner, two months in

Ready from purchase. Enough credit to finish two or three projects. After that, continue at $30/month — or keep building with your own Claude or ChatGPT.

Real URLs, no extra cost

Every finished project publishes to a real Tell and Show URL. No domain to buy. No deploy command to learn. Parent approval gates the publish step.

Built for households

One parent account, multiple kid profiles. Projects, save points, and approvals live together. Add a sibling for $49.

The four mediums

Different mediums, same loop.

Ask for one change. See exactly what changed. Decide whether it belongs. The method stays constant; the medium changes. Skills transfer.

Honest answers

What people actually ask before buying.

No drip campaign. No sales call required. Full FAQ at /faq.

What happens after the two AI months end?

The software keeps working. Your kid can continue building with your own Claude or ChatGPT account, or extend the managed AI partner for $30/month. Most kids finish two or three projects inside the bundled period.

Is this really one-time, or a subscription in disguise?

One-time. Yours for life within v1. No card stored. No renewal date. New features within the version line land as updates; major new features may be paid add-ons.

What if my kid only wants to make games?

Buy the single track for $99. If they pivot, add another medium later at $99 each. The bundle discount is only at first purchase, but the per-track price never changes.

Can my kid use this without me hovering?

Yes — that’s the design. The kid drives. You approve publish. You can review finished projects whenever you want. You don’t have to sit next to them.

Does it work on Chromebook / iPad / Windows?

Yes. Tell and Show is web-first — it runs in any modern browser. There’s a desktop app for families who prefer it, but the studio is the same either way.

What if it’s not the right fit?

14-day refund, no questions. Email Jim directly — there’s no support ticket queue to route through. Full policy at /refund.
